Has definitely become a barn favorite around here and he’s always the 1st one to meet you in the morning and will follow you around like a big puppy. He is a quick learner who even with time off remembers well. Chex doesn’t need to be rode every day or even every month to stay broke. Use him whenever you want and he will never rear – buck or have any funny business that is just how good broke he is. He’s the childrens’ favorite trail mount and loves to trail ride. He’ll go wherever you point him through water and over logs through the brush and ditches and he is surefooted in rough country. He’s also been ridden in state parks as well as arena work and he knows his leads. He will also carry the flag and play bounce ball.
Chex has a super smooth walk-trot-canter and is comfortable with any speed his rider chooses. He will ride out alone or in group and does not get barn or buddy sour at all. He’s the real deal and we love him. He has absolutely no vices or bad habits whatsoever. Chex carries the famous Lost Creek brand and is safe for most any level Rider the children can enjoy him on any trail ride as he is not spooky at all or you can go and round up some cattle either way he is cool with it and loves it.
Chex loads and trailers well with no problems. He’ll stand to tack and mount. He also loves being spoiled upon and treats are his favorite! He stands to bathe and groom. We could go on and on about this cool dude
